Refund policy

ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITIONS, WITH ITS ORIGINAL BOX, FABRIC BAG, LABELS AND TAGS, AND MUST BE COMPLETELY UNWORN. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES. THE COST OF THE DELIVERY WILL ONLY BE RETURN IN CASE WE DEEM THE GOODS TO HAVE BEEN FAULTY BEFORE THEY WERE DISPATCHED TO YOU.

WE WILL REFUND THE FULL VALUE OF THE GOODS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEMS AT OUR STOREHOUSE, AND USING THE SAME METHOD AS THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT BLAME LILAC WILL NO REFUND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES.

BLAME LILAC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN ON ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS. IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
